1. Facility Team Leader
(Alam Sutera/Store Operations)

Tugas:

  • Manage Site facility management services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers of the store.
  • Ensure all facility management services are delivered, and assets and buildings are maintained, in strict adherence with all applicable local regulations.
  • Ensure all Facility Management initiatives grow the business and support the sustainability of long-term profitability.
  • Control costs by working in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way using good examples and encouraging facility team and colleagues to discover more effective ways of working.
  • Provide progress reporting on IKEA’s environmental initiatives at the store.
  • Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.

Profil:

  • Academic degree/professional qualification in Facilities Management preferred.
  • Prioritize and organize own work in alignment with agreed building facility priorities.
  • Ensure the integrity of safety and security systems, guidelines and documentation.
  • Good analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to steer the store business over the short-, mid- and long term, experience of problem solving.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to influence and act
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

2. SEO Specialist
(Service Office/Marketing)

Tugas:

  • You provide SEO expertise and support in technical, content, onpage and offpage SEO website elements
  • You do research, plan, drive and manage SEO campaigns in order to achieve cumulative SEO market share and organic traffic progression
  • You maintain industry’s latest trend and update on SEO as well as direct competitors. You also maintain and manage all project with SEO vendor and tools
  • Be the business owner for SEO related website enhancements
  • You setup performance tracking using relevant tools for all KPI’s monitored

Profil:

  • Having experience working in Digital, Marketing or E-Commerce
  • Having skill in all technical SEO, SEO tools and also analytic tools
  • Having knowledge in basic website infrastructure. Experience working with knowledge on available digital traffic drivers
  • Control costs by working in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way using good examples and encouraging facility team and colleagues to discover more effective ways of working.
  • Understand what IKEA brand stands for, and how the IKEA values are a reflection of one’s own values. You also understand the business and a background of running an e-commerce business
  • Passion in crunching data and making hypothesis to explain patterns reflected from sales performance and web traffic. Proven record of boosting and improving digital traffic

3. Procurement Administrator
(Service Office/Finance)

Tugas:

  • Receive and administrate Purchasing Requirement
  • Administrate Vendor data and liaise with Finance for Vendor registration
  • Make Purchase Order into the system and send out to Suppliers/Vendor with required documentation
  • Prepare cost analysis
  • Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, scope of supply, terms and conditions, and logistics

Profil:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to multitask and have collaborative attitude
  • Have good negotiation skills
  • You are organized with good time management and prioritization
  • Proficient with computer, especially with digital documents and spreadsheets.
