Secara umum, kami memproduksi dua jenis printer Epson: Ink-Jet Dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix) Printers, dengan berbagai model yang. Kapasitas produksi kami adalah lebih dari 10 juta printer dalam setahun; sebagian besar dari semua adalah untuk pasar ekspor. Selama musim puncak lebih dari 10.000 karyawan bekerja di pabrik ini.

1. FIRMWARE DESIGN STAFF/ EMBEDDED

•  Design Printer Firmware for several printing function (mechanical movement, copy, scan, GUI, image processing)
• Conduct design process, from: Specification study, create design concept, programming (using C or C++), debugging, evaluation in developing firmware.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Electronics Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/ Computer Engineering
• Have good knowledge of software development, programming (esp. C/C++ language) and OOP
• Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

2. SOFTWARE ENGINEER/FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

Job Description

• Design and develop scalable, reliable and fault tolerant of line of business web application that powers Epson manufacturing operations.
• Write code that you are proud of, with extensibility, scalability and performance in mind.
• Write maintainable and clean codes, and able to follow company code standard.
• Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Supporting and fixing existing functionality.

Requirement:

• D3/S1 programming academic background is preferred (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics).
• Have good problem solving.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end web programming language such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with one or more of server-side popular programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python, Go-Lang, Java or PHP.
• Experienced in dealing with database.
• Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Git, VSTS, or TFS.
• Enjoy working in team, able to work in deadline.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

3. MECHANICAL DESIGN STAFF

Job Description:

• Making design concept, modelling, drawing, and evaluation
• Making document (Technical report, specification, calculation)

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to work in team/individually
• Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as:CATIA or Pro-Eng software)

4. PCB DESIGN STAFF

Job Description:

• Design electrical circuit (Main controller, Power supply, digital circuit) board design for printer
• Evaluating and trouble shoot electronic circuit
• EMC testing and making the report
• Investigate new technology or make innovation in electronic design

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Understanding Digital Circuit Analysis
• Electrical Design and Evaluation Electronic Circuit Analysis and able to use C Language well

5. SOFTWARE EVALUATION STAFF

Job Description:

• Do quality confirmation of new printer software/firmware to ensure all functions running as design, and product has performance as specified in quality standard
• Analysis any nonconformance items for customer points of view, to be feedback for design improvement
• Designing inspection check sheet
• Analyze and reporting problem and inspection result
• Design printer program-based requirement specification of printer
• Develop printer program based on design specification
• Make sure the quality of developed program by competences evaluation

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Electronic / Informatics / Computer/Telecommunication Engineering for fresh graduate or experienced
• Have knowledge of software development and programming (C/ C++ language)
• Understand software structure networking and testing
• Has knowledge and interest in software testing (Software Quality Assurance) new technology trend, customer behavior
• Has knowledge in networking technology
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Good systematic of works
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

6. PARTS ENGINEERING STAFF

Job Description:

• Follow up and control part quality, from design discussion until mass production
• Monitoring and control supplier QCD performance

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Mechanical/Material Metallurgical Engineering
• Able to read technical drawing (2D and 3D)
• Understand mold injection process
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to work in team or individually

7. PRODUCT ENGINEERING STAFF

Job Description:

• Involving in engineering process of a product
• Creating ALO, WI, MOST
• Conducting defect analysis up to root cause in engineering process of a product
• Quality support during engineering sample and mass production

Requirement:

• D3/S1 in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering (exp. 1 year would be advantage)
• Understand Part Drawing (3D Design)
• Fast learner and strong in analytical thinking

8. ELECTRICAL STAFF (INSTALLATION)

Job Description:

• Make scheduling, reporting, presentation & proposal related to Troubleshooting, Periodic/Midterm Maintenance, Shutdown maintenance sbuild drawing, single line & equipment drawing.
• Handle Equipment Maintenance system for industrial such as Trafo, Panel Medium Voltage / Low
• Voltage Grounding System, Lightning, Fire Alarm, Sound System, Generator, Lighting.
• Conduct improvement activites related to Energy Saving Program and Equipment.

Requirement:

• D3-D4/S1 Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understand well : asbuild drawing, single line & equipment drawing.
• Active, disciplin, honest, responsible, able to work in team and independent.

9. MECHANICAL & ROBOTIC STAFF

Job Description:

• D3-Mechanical Engineering
• Have good understanding of mechanical drawing
• Have good understanding of wiring pneumatic, repairing and set up machine

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to make 2D and 3D technical drawing
• Familiar with 2D & 3D drawing application such as AutoCAD/Pro Engineering.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

10. AUTOMATION MACHINE MAINTENANCE

Job Description:

• Repairs/problem solving for production machines (Automation machine)
• Handling Error machine
• Handling Quality problem machine
• Make daily machine stop time report, History report
• Perform regular maintenance on production machines
• Handling Daily/weekly/monthly Preventive Machine and Machine inspection

Requirement:

• D3 Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Understanding of PLC Programming.
• Familiar with automation system, pneumatic, and wiring diagram
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

11. MECHA ASSY STAFF

Job Description:

• Mechanical engineering basic job especially reading mechanical drawing assembly machine, wiring pneumatic, repairing & set up machine

Requirement:

• D3-Mechanical Engineering
• Have good understanding of mechanical drawing
• Have good understanding of wiring pneumatic, repairing and set up machine

12. ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION ENGINEERING

Job Description:

• Operating and controlling C language Program
• Operating and analyzing image/vision software
• Operating Robotic and PLC program

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
• Good understanding of PLC Programming and Robotic
• Good understanding of C Language Programming
• Familiar with automation system
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia

13. LEGAL OFFICER

Job Description:

• Handle Company Business license and Permit (i.e: LKPM, NIB and OSS Lisence)
• Review, analyze and socialization regulation update
• Legal matter related to notary (AGMS doc, Notarial Deed)

Requirement:

• S1 Law
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, in manufacturing will be advantage
• Have Legal Business license
• Have knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to prepare complex legal documents
• Fluent in English both oral and written

14. ELECTRIC ENGINEERING STAFF (PCB)

Job Description:

• New model project leader
• Handle quality improvement project
• Handle vendor audit activity
• Follow up quality problem
• Handle cost down analysis
• Analyze electronic circuit

Requirement:

• D3 – D4/S1 Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Understand well : electronic circuit design
• Responsible, able to work in team and work independence
• Fluent in English both oral and written

15. RIBBON CARTRIDGE PRODUCTION ENGINEERING STAFF

Job Description:

• Control printhead analysis operation
• Make analysis result report periodically or based on request
• Develop analysis method to support printhead quality improvement

Requirement:

• D4/S1 in Engineering, Statistic or Mathematics
• Has strong analytical thinking
• Able to work individually and in team
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English
