Catalogue Analyst [PT. Petrosea Tbk]

Responsible for managing catalogue of materials following cataloguing standard, inputs catalogue data, create special indexing and searching systems, to achieve effective and efficient SCM function, conform to business ethics and company’s procedure.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree preferably Engineering major or technical skill background is an advantage
  2. Having 3 years professional experiences in cataloguing in mining industry
  3. Strong knowledge in cataloguing system and standards
  4. Familiar with Inventory Control and ERP System
  5. Strong analytical skill and reporting, supported with good computer literacy (spreadsheet)
  6. Good communication skill, both in Bahasa and English
  7. Able to prioritize project to meet target and time limit, consistent productivity in high pressure working environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Materials Management
  2. Manage cataloguing and classification of materials following cataloguing standard, accurate technical information, expose duplicate items, completes cataloguing record when only partial data available
  3. Manage and validate New Catalogue Item Request (NCIR) process from all sites
  4. Develop special indexing and searching system
  5. Create and extend new catalogue item in ERP System
  6. Set-up catalogue items for new project (plant) in ERP System
  7. Respond to daily catalogue information and new catalogue set up (CIR) request from user
  8. Involved in cost saving initiative through alternate materials, brands, and sourcing / suppliers
  9. Collect inventory data and provide inventory reports (ITO, Service Level, etc.), and catalogue summary
  10. Perform further analysis on cataloguing impact for efficient inventory and procurement
  11. Maintain catalogue master data and liaise with Senior Cataloguer within INDIKA Group
  12. Assist colleagues’ in enhancing skills and knowledge related to cataloguing activity process, and provide advice or technical solution related to cataloguing issues
  13. Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker Health, Safety and Environmental. Keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safety, health and environment at all times
  14. Uphold business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit to ensure the adherence of overall company’s business ethics.
